Bet you didn't know I was an Artist as well as a Bible teacher?
Actually I have been an artist for my entire adult life. When I am not studying Gods word, I love to take in all His beautiful things that He has given us to enjoy in nature. God has gifted me with a special gift of vision and the ability to translate what I see in a way that others can see it also.
I have some formal training in oil painting and color theory, but like everything else I do, I tend to paint outside the lines, the norms and standards. This does not mean that I violate the rules of color and composition, it means that I see things differently, and look at things with a different set of color logic.
I love painting, just like I love music and everything else related to artistic expression. God is the creator of all beauty wherever it is found. And art expresses His own Divine sense of wonder and awe. I happen to live in New England, which is a very beautiful spot, and I get endless inspiration as I go to the mountains, the seashore, and experience the seasons in this artists paradise. God has richly blessed me by allowing me to live in a place which is so inspiring. I hope my artwork inspires you also.
Most of my works are oil on canvas. But I work in any medium which I feel helps me capture the feeling I am looking for, and this includes digital imaging. All prints are available in a wide variety of sizes. All prints are limited editions...limited to 100 Giclee canvas copies of each. (note: they are not numbered zazzle does not accommodate individual numbering and they are my printer. But I do remove each print after 100 copies have been sold). This makes your Giclee almost as good as an original piece of art, because the availability is so limited. .
